What is your return policy?
If for any reason you wish to return an item, contact us using the Chat button within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Then ship the item back to us. We can provide a return label for US customers. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Can you ship fast?
Pre-shipping time:
Most orders are processed for shipping within 1-3 business days.
Shipping time:
All domestic US orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority. US orders usually arrive in 3-7 days from date of shipping.
International orders:
Shipping to Europe from the USA is usually fairly fast but there are occasional delays due to slowdowns in the US or wait-time in Customs at the destination.
Shipping to other locations varies quite a bit, so contact us for an estimate of shipping times, and suggested options.
Is this item made of real silk?
The fabric content of most of our scarves is 100% pure fine silk. The fabric used is often mentioned in the title. If it says 100% Silk in the item description, it means pure,100% fine Silk.
Other fabrics are used in some items, so all items have their fabric content listed in the item description on the product page. Care instructions for each fabric are listed in the Care Instructions page, and on an insert in the package you will receive when ordering.
Who designs your scarves?
All items feature digital artwork by me, Ellen Meiselman, and I am also the owner of Scarves By Ellen. I work with a variety of digital techniques to produce unusual imagery, carefully designed to work well as a scarf.
