Fold a 16" square scarf in half diagonally to bring two corners together..
Tie the two open ends together in a small knot.
Pull one end through the tunnel under the knot.
Do the same with the other end.
Pull on the two ends and a flower-like poof will appear in the middle. Adjust the poof to make it stand out nicely.
Tie the ends around your neck or wrist for an attention-getting accent.
