FREE STANDARD SHIPPING FOR ALL U.S. ORDERS
All domestic U.S.A. orders are shipped FREE via USPS First Class Package Service unless you choose to upgrade during checkout to Priority or Priority Express service OR if you choose to purchase Rush Shipping.

SHIPPING UPGRADES

The Post Office is experiencing many delays and tracking difficulties right now. It is a good idea during busy seasons to choose a shipping upgrade if there is a deadline. In the Shopping Cart and at Checkout you can select Shipping Upgrades: Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. However it is best to understand that no USPS Service is completely reliable so if you have a hard deadline contact us and we will tell you which level of Rush shipping to purchase.

Our RUSH SHIPPING listing offers 4 pricing levels. We shop the various Fedex and UPS services for you and try to find the least expensive shipping method for your deadline and destination. Any excess paid is refunded when the order is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Shipping will be charged according to package weight and destination. As we are located in the US, VAT and GST taxes are not collected at time of sale. You may be responsible for paying VAT, GST or other taxes or fees at the destination. NOTE: Certain destinations may require other services than USPS, and Fedex and UPS often charge steep brokerage fees for handling the customs process. 

USUAL SHIPPING TIMES

Most of the time we ship orders out quickly for all in-stock items. It usually takes less than 3 days before an item ships. Once an item ships, delivery time is up to the carrier, and depends on your location, the season and the carrier. There are usually substantial USPS slowdowns during the winter holiday season.

We cannot guarantee timely arrival, and we cannot replace items lost after delivery, so please provide a safe place for the carrier to deliver the item.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Return instructions: You may return an item for any reason. To return an item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and mail it back within 30 days. Use the chat button or email us at scarvesbyellen@gmail.com to get a return label sent to you by email. Return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was defective: the cost of the mailing label will be deducted from your refund once we receive the item.

You do not have to return the gift box. Simply seal the item in a clean plastic bag, and put the bag in a kraft envelope or the envelope it came in, if you still have it. Ship the item within 30 days of receipt. 

 

Refunds

You will receive a refund for the full price of the item as soon as it arrives in original condition. 

 

Exchanges

When you contact us, be sure to mention if this is to be an exchange, and tell us which item of same or lesser value you wish to exchange it for.
